HomeFront’s Estimating & Purchasing Software is the framing tool that delivers a fast and efficient way to build and maintain model and option price books. This step links directly to purchase order templates and covers all of your construction needs, from sales to estimating and purchasing. Full customization means plans are consolidated in one simple and easy to use interface.

Estimating

Maximize efficiency between customers and vendors. Using Estimating & Purchasing, budgets, price books and data can be quickly compiled or imported from Excel or other spreadsheets. You can also build up your vendor price catalog and price book by saving work and quotes from previous jobs. This is the first product on the market that will allow model and options pricing, based on up to 12 forecasted cost periods.

Purchasing

Approve contracts and change orders quickly and send purchase orders to respective trades for review, in a timely manner. Estimating & Purchasing comes with pre-built trade specific purchase order formats. Field and variance POs can be easily initiated using any handheld device or smartphone.
