The Trade Portal is a web-based application that gives homebuilders flexible, interactive, real-time communications with their trades about trade-specific information like schedules, payments, purchase orders and notifications. Whenever a change is made in WMS, it is instantly communicated to the trades without the need to send e-mails, make phone calls, or perform downloads to wireless devices.

Purchase Order View:
Post approved, issued, and cancelled purchase orders online for trades.
Able to "audit" by seeing who viewed PO records, when, and who archived them.
Check purchase order status at anytime.
Sort and group purchase orders using multiple columns.
Archive purchase orders as necessary.
In the Payments Menu, display payment data by issue date or check number.
Schedule View:
Keep better informed of scheduled activities.
View schedules by projected, scheduled and completed dates.
View daily, weekly, monthly and yearly schedules.
The List view allows the sorting of schedules by start and end dates, activity, trade crew and other job criteria.
In the Notifications menu, view new and archived schedule notifications using multiple sort criteria.
Notifications View:
Displays lot number, activity, old and newly-scheduled start dates.
Differentiates notification types as scheduled, projected, or archived.
Displays the dates and initials of the Trade Portal user who last viewed the notification
Sortable by site address, lot number, activity, old scheduled start, new scheduled start, viewed date, and viewed by.
Payments View (Available only for builders using Sage Timberline® Accounting):
Displays cheque (or EFT) issued in Sage Timberline® Accounting.
Includes cheque number, date issued, and cheque amount.
Includes attachment of the purchase order associated with the cheque.
